600 building is currently closed/under construction. Please bring your sealed bid, attention: Michelle Jackson to the 700 building lobby.
Scope of Work
Work includes but is not limited to:
1. Good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve scope of work.
2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 100% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 400LF of fascia board.
3. Inspect all exposed roof framing for any rot or damaged materials and repair as needed...
10. Replace all pipe boots, flashing, and exhaust venting
11. Relocate existing venting from exterior of building to vent out roof in order to reduce venting lengths.
