Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from certified, qualified, & licensed Testing and Abatement companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties on an as needed basis.
Scope of Work
Provide comprehensive testing to possible contaminated apartment homes. Once results are received, determine and estimate the level of remediation necessary to safely clean, remove and dispose of contaminated products (either personal or structure) from residential units on an as-needed basis as required
for Washington State approved Drug Lab Clean-up Contractors.

Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via Teams. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, January 26th, 2026, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however, attendance is not mandatory.
