KCHA 600 building is closed to the public for construction. Please go to the 700 building lobby for the sealed bid meeting.
Scope of Work
Work consists of but it is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing siding, trim, windows and doors.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
