Scope of Work
The Work consists of fire restoration at Building A as described in the Contract Documents including, but is not limited to, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, MEP permits, engineering, and the manufacture and fabrication of components, performed, furnished, or provided in accordance with the Contract Documents

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time.
Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last THREE years under the same name and have completed the required L&I training.
