Description
The Greenbridge Scattered Site Abatement and Demolition Project will include the abatement and demolition of two sites. A single family home located at 520 SW 102nd St and five structures located at 10041 6th Ave SW. These buildings include a single story structure split into a north and south connected by a covered porch. Two single story classrooms. A single story portable without restroom or plumbing and a north and south shed. These structures will also need to be abated. Utilities will need to be cut and capped. Additional scope includes debris removal and site stability. Recycling of materials should be maximized. Please refer to the project manual in preparing your bid.
