Estimate $138,251.00

Scope of Work

Work consists of, but is not limited to:
a. Removal of existing windows, sliding glass patio doors and trim.
b. Trim or add material to ensure that windows and doors meet wraps, sills and countertops, and finished flooring.
c. Supply and installation of vinyl windows, sliding glass doors, fasteners, self-adhesive tape, sealant, 5/4” trim and metal flashing.
d. Paint trim boards to match existing.
e. Repair interior window wraps and sills.
