Description
The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed electrical companies to provide services at King County Housing Authority Properties on an as needed basis.
Scope of Work
Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to troubleshoot, repair, replace and install electrical components for residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. See the full scope of work in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Zoom. Please email daniellem@kcha.org no later than 2:30 p.m. on Monday, July 18th, 2022, if interested in attending the call. Contractors are encouraged to attend; however attendance is not mandatory.
