Scope of Work
Work consists of preparation and exterior painting at buildings listed below.
1. Building 12 – All primed cement board siding and unpainted trim
2. Building 18 - All primed cement board siding and unpainted trim
3. Building 28 – Entire building including wood/Cement Board Siding, fascia, trim, soffits, flashing, pickets, handrails, exterior doors, gutters and downspouts.
