Project-Based Assistance
The Project-Based Assistance Program provides housing
developers and owners with rental subsidies to create affordable housing
for very low-income households. If you are a developer, property owner,
or service provider interested in applying for this assistance, please
contact Kristin Winkel at KCHA as early in your planning as
possible at (206) 574-1168 or kristinw@kcha.org.
Opportunities are currently available for owners and
developers to contract with KCHA in the following areas:
Transitional Housing for Families
In partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and six
other housing authorities in the Puget Sound region, KCHA provides
project-based assistance to owners creating transitional housing for
low-income families. For more information on the capital and service
