Project-Based Assistance

The Project-Based Assistance Program provides housing developers and owners with rental subsidies to create affordable housing for very low-income households. Opportunities are currently available for owners and developers to contract with KCHA in the following areas:

Transitional Housing for Families

In partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and six other housing authorities in the Puget Sound region, KCHA provides project-based assistance to owners creating transitional housing for low-income families.
