KCHA WILL ACCEPT: Proposals from Qualified General Contractors / Construction Managers (GC/CM) to submit Proposals for Building Envelope Upgrades at Southridge House, a senior, disabled complex in Federal Way, and Building Envelope Upgrades and Interior Sewer Replacement at Valli Kee Homes, a family development in Kent. SITE VISIT: Thursday - September 18, 2008: 1) Southridge House at 9:00 am; 2) Vallli Kee at 11:30 am. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 2, 2008. Common Area Upgrades, Domestic Water Replacement, and Ventilation Upgrades at Briarwood Apartments, a senior, disabled complex in Shoreline, and Building Envelope Repairs, Deck Replacement and Repairs, Ventilation Upgrades and Fence Replacement at Lake House Apartments, a senior, disabled complex in Shoreline.
SITE VISIT: Arrangements to visit the sites can be made with 72 hour advance notice by contacting the KCHA Project Manager, Alton Leung at 206-574-1213 or by email at altonl@kcha.org.

KCHA WILL ACCEPT: Proposals from Qualified General Contractors / Construction Managers (GC/CM) to submit Proposals for Site Upgrades to Eastside Terrace, Burndale Homes, Firwood Circle and Cascade Homes which are multistory, residential complex apartments that will be occupied during the project construction. SCOPE OF WORK: May include, but not limited to the upgrade of site ingress/egress, parking areas, streets, curbs/gutters, site drainage, site lighting, playground renovation and other similar work. SITE VISIT: Wednesday - October 1, 2008: 1) Burndale Homes located at 930 18th Place, Auburn at 9:00-10:00 am; 2) Firwood Circle, 314 37th St. SE, Auburn at 10:30 to 11:30 am; 3) Cascade Homes, 20500 106th Ave SE, Kent at 1:00 to 2:00 pm; 4) Eastside Terrace, 704 147th Pl, Bellevue at 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
