KCHA WILL ACCEPT: Bids from Qualified General Contractors to furnish labor, materials and necessary equipment to the Pacific Court Apartments located in Tukwila.
SCOPE OF WORK: Construct new single story, wood framed, slab on grade community building with associated site work improvements, and other work described in bid documents.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 10:00 am located at 4028 South 146th Street, Tukwila, WA 98168.
BID DUE DATE: 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 29, 2010.
